KVS EMS celebrated Environment Day on June 12, 2025, with enthusiastic participation from classes 8 to 10. The event focused on the theme “Beat Plastic Pollution” and marked the launch of the Mega Plastic Recycling Movement. Students took a pledge to reduce plastic use and watched documentaries highlighting their harmful effects. As part of the initiative, they will begin segregating polythene waste, which will be collected and sent for recycling every second Thursday of the month. The programme ended with students reflecting on the importance of recycling and committing to sustainable practices for a healthier planet.
