The Four Day Orientation program was organized for Teachers from 20.05.2024 to 23.05.2024. Mr.V.V.D.D.Senthil Kannan Director of Palms inaugurated the program in the presence of Mr.D.R.Balamurugan Secretary, Mr.P.Rajasekaran Principal & Mrs.R.Rajanandhini Vice-Principal. Prof. Dr.G.Sudha from the Central University of Tamilnadu was invited as the Resource Person. She addressed the Teachers about the importance of Personality Development & Communication Skill. Sessions focused on finding better ways to develop Rational and Creative Thinking of the Students. Teachers are insisted on creating their Personal Brand among Students.Group activities were conducted to make the Teachers understand the importance of taking Roles in the Team & to bring Unity among them.
