On May 20 and May 21, 50 teachers participated in an inspiring & insightful two-day orientation conducted by Chrysalis Publication, catering to educators from Kindergarten to Grade 5. This program was thoughtfully designed to equip teachers with innovative strategies, a deeper understanding of the Chrysalis curriculum, and practical methods to nurture joyful and meaningful learning experiences in their classrooms. Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities & reflective discussions, teachers explored the core philosophy & pedagogy of Chrysalis, Integration of creative and critical thinking in daily lessons, Effective use of Chrysalis teaching-learning materials, Assessment for learning tools and techniques , Building an engaging and inclusive classroom environment. This orientation empowered teachers not just to teach, but to inspire, innovate, and transform their classrooms into “Think Rooms”.
