The Training of Trainers (TOT) program, organized by ISTM and CBSE, was held on 29th and 30th November 2024 at Alagu Academy, powered by Blossom Blue Bells Academy, Thanjavur. Four of our teachers participated in this skill-enhancement session, which focused on modern training techniques, communication, technology integration & evaluation methods.
With 80 participants from diverse backgrounds, the event featured interactive workshops led by resource persons Mr. Puneet Kumar Sharma (Deputy Director, ISTM), Dr. B.R. Prasannakumar (Former Director, KICMA) & Mrs. P. Gayathri (Principal, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir, Bangalore). The program received positive feedback for its practical approach & relevance, fostering collaboration among trainers.
