Aiming at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our esteemed teachers, many faculty development programs were conducted at EMS. Mr Jayaraman Umashankar,CEO of Karna Communication Academy and his team led several engaging sessions, covering a plethora of interesting topics. These programs had been instrumental in equipping our teachers with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their profession. The collaborative and engaging nature of the sessions had benefited the teachers as well as the school. These workshops ranged from pedagogical techniques to classroom management strategies, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
