From Factory to History – A Day of Exploration

On 19.09.2026 , Class V students of KVS EMS went on an educational visit that combined industrial exposure with an interesting exploration of history & archaeology.

The visit began at Parle-G, where the students watched an informative video about the history and establishment of Parle-G. They learned how the biscuits are made, packed, boxed & prepared for dispatch, along with information about the candy-making process at Parle.

After lunch, the students visited the Keezhadi Museum & archaeological excavation site near the Vaigai River .

They observed archaeological artefacts & explored the remains of an ancient settlement, learning about the lifestyle, culture & heritage of ancient Tamil civilization under the guidance of their teachers.

 The visit allowed students to explore and learn about food production, archaeology, history & Tamil cultural heritage.
KVS EMS encourages such learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
