Kargil Victory Day – A Tribute to the Brave Hearts

Freedom is not inherited—it is earned through the courage, sacrifice & unwavering spirit of those who stand guard for the nation.

On 25.07.2026, KVS EMS paid tribute to the brave soldiers who fought in the 1999 Kargil War by commemorating Kargil Victory Day. Students from Classes VI to X participated in the commemoration.

The morning began with the laying of a floral wreath in honour of fallen soldiers, followed by a disciplined parade and a powerful patriotic group song as students honoured those who defended the Nation. A standout mime performance portrayed the courage and resilience of soldiers in battle.

The commemoration served as a meaningful reminder that freedom is earned through sacrifice. Every peaceful day exists because soldiers stand guard at the borders. It strengthened students’ respect and gratitude for the Nation’s Defenders and reaffirmed KVS EMS’s commitment to nurturing responsible citizens who honour their courage, sacrifice & selfless service .
