Folklore Day

Every folktale, song & dance carries the heartbeat of a culture.

On 3rd July 2026, KVS EMS organised Folklore Day to promote awareness and appreciation of India’s different cultural heritage among young learners.

Students of Classes I & II participated by presenting traditional attire, folk songs, folk dances, folktales & puppet shows through creative video performances . Their presentations reflected confidence, creativity and pride in exhibiting the diverse cultures of India.

The celebration was made successful through the wholehearted support of parents, who showcased their creativity by thoughtfully recording their children’s performances at home and encouraging their participation. Their enthusiastic involvement, along with the teachers’ dedicated efforts, made the celebration a meaningful & memorable reflection of India’s rich cultural heritage.
